- You need of pavlova.
- It’s 4 of egg whites.
- Prepare 1 1/3 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1 of dessert spoon of cornflour.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla.
- It’s 1 tsp of vinegar.
Pavlova step by step
- Beat egg whites until quite stiff,add sugar and beat until dissolved..
- Fold in vanilla cornflour and vinegar.
- Cover tray with baking paper and pile mixture in centre,spread to about 6 cm..
- Pre heat oven to 150c then 120c for 45 min.
- I cool mine in the oven,turn upsidedown on to pkate and decorate as desired..
- Then 100c for two hours on a lower shelf..
